What's included in the registration fee?

Registration includes: conference materials, access to all sessions and keynotes, snacks and lunch (both days), digital proceedings, and certificate of participation.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes, registration can be transferred to another person with written notice before August 1, 2027. Please contact registration@iric.edu.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund until June 30, 2026. 50% refund until July 30, 2026. No refunds after July 30, 2027.

Do students need to provide ID?

Yes, student participants must present a valid student ID at check-in to verify their registration category.
