How do I submit a paper?

Visit our Call for Papers page, create an account, and follow the submission guidelines. Abstract submission closes May 30, 2026.

What are the registration fees?

Early bird: $400, Regular: $450, On-site: $500. Student discounts available. Virtual participation: $200.

Is there a student discount?

Yes, local student participants pay Ghc150 (early bird) to Ghc300 (on-site). International students pay the regular rate.

How do I get a visa invitation letter?

After registration and payment, email travel@iric.edu with your passport details to request an invitation letter.
